E-learning

  • The content for the e-learning section can be found under the learning management system ‘LearnDash LMS’
  • Here you will see one set up for ‘Diamond e-learning’
  • To edit the introductions of the four different sections of Diamond select Modules
  • To edit the individual slides within these four sections select Topics
  • You will find all the pages listed here
  • Underneath the content area you will see a box to link the page to the correct section

 

 

  • Always select Diamond E-Learning from the ‘Associated E-learning’ drop down
  • Select from the four sections from the ‘Associated Module’ drop down
  • To add a quiz element to the page, select Quizzes

 

  • Select a quiz title and then edit the question(s) under the Questions tab

 

  • Each question will be seperate
  • Click a question to edit it. There is a field for the question itself. Fields for the text which appears if the answer given is correct and if the answer given is incorrect. And fields for the answers. You can select whether the question is multiple choice or just one answer.
  • To add a quiz to the correct page, go back to the list of quizzes.
  • Alongside each quiz you will see a shortcode. Copy and paste this code into the page where you want it to appear.

 

Viewing data

  • You can view the stats from the e-learning from the main dashboard in the Overview and Activity panel

 

 

 

  • In the activity panel you can see who has participated in the modules and how far they have got.
  • You can also export the data
  • To export the email addresses of the participants go to Forms on the left hand side
  • There is an export function in Gravity Forms (Import/Export > Export Entries), which can be set via date range (i.e new signups in the last week) with a conditional rule to only export those who have ticked the opt in box on the registration form.

  • This can also be linked to an external email marketing provider such as Mailchimp.
  • When people register to use the e-learning system they will receive email registration/confirmation/activation notifications, you can edit any of these messages via Forms > User Registration > Settings > Notifications (User notification email, user activation email).
