CDN is now welcoming applications for the post of Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the successful launch of Diamond – the world’s first pan-industry diversity monitoring platform – and the concerted drive by all players across the UK’s broadcasting sector to achieve higher levels of inclusion both on and off screen, on the floor and in executive roles. The post will report to the Chairperson of the Board of the CDN which comprises BBC, C4, ITV, ITN, Sky, S4C, Viacom/C5, Bafta, Creative Skillet, the Media Trust, Pact and Turner Broadcasting.
With a small but effective team this position is seen as highly influential and requires an individual who has excellent communication, project management and advocacy skills coupled with a knowledge or understanding of how to effect and manage change across a business sector.
